At Branchfield Casting, Inc., we pour a variety of metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, high-alloy stainless steel, gray iron, ductile iron, all grades of bronze, and several grades of Hastelloy. We mold these works using match plate, cope and drag, and loose patterns. Our company can pour all types of materials except aluminum and titanium.

We can also pour castings into printed sand mold packages and printed sand cores. As we expand our knowledge and capabilities into 3D printing, we are equipped to print small, non-complex patterns using our 3D printer. This reduces pattern lead time to nearly 2–3 days.

Every step of our process is strategically planned, from handmade cores and no-bake sand molds to melting and pouring. We use a brand-new Thermo Scientific Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) ARL 3460 Metals Analyzer to help ensure the quality of each piece of metal poured.
